Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Union Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
