Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Stonegate Timber Property Management is a New Orleans property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
