Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Forge Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Denver, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
