Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Highbridge West Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
