Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Hospitality Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to reviews and feedback. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
