Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Highbridge Nest Markets serves neighbourhoods around Reno with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
