Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
