Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Birch Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
