Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Silverline Fox Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Phoenix area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
