Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Stonegate Orchard Hospitality Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
