Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Yarrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
