Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Northwind Forge Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 910 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
