Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Highbridge Birch Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Tulsa, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
