Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Forge Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
