Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Loom Early Learning Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
