Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Harborlight Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Savannah, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
