Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Fernwood Orchard Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
