Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar West Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
