Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meridian Facilities and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
