Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Sparrow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Charleston focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
