Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Basin Facilities Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
