Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Louisville area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
