Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Nova Iron Early Learning runs childcare centres in San Diego caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
