Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in San Diego with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
