Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Summit Quill Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Phoenix. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
