Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar West Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
