Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Ironwood Amber Property Management is a Rochester property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
