Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Greenridge Pine Financial serves customers across Philadelphia with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
