Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Lantern Property Management manages apartment communities around Salt Lake City, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
