Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Westbrook Birch Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Des Moines, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
