Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Lumen Quarry Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
