Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
