Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Amberfield Birch Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
