Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Orchard Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
