Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Clearpath Field Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
