Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Amberfield West Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
