Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Summit Junction Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
