Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Foxglove Drift Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 774 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
