Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bright Rowan Health provides primary and specialty care in Baltimore, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 681 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
