Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
