Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Summit Linden Hospitality is a hospitality company in Little Rock with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
