Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Financial serves customers across Charlotte with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 752 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
