Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bright Kestrel Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Anchorage, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
