Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bright Cross Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 437 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
