Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Summit Beacon Markets Group is a Tulsa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
