Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Sable Staffing Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
