Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Cedar Sable Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
