Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Miami with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to promotions. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
