Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Rivermark Linden Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
