Recruiter - technical hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Miami focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
